In the case that orders are cancelled before it is shipped, a fee will not be associated with the cancellation.If the billing address is different from the shipping address, we will call the credit card holder and verify the purchase to prevent fraudulent orders. Please provide the correct credit card holder contact information to verify or we will not ship your order.
Fraudulent Orders Will Automatically Reported to the Authorities
U.S.A buyers please be aware that FREE SHIPPING is only available when you have placed an order of $75.00 or more and you select Free Over 75 as your shipping method.
When selecting Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Air Select as a shipping method and the order total is $75.00 or more, you will be charged a shipping fee for either service. The shipping fee for 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Air is dependent upon your geographical location.
Orders typically ship out within 1 business day, but can take up to 3 in some cases. Saturday and Sunday are not considered when calculating delivery time.
Canada buyers DO NOT have the option of FREE SHIPPING when placing an order of $75.00 or more and when selecting Standard Canada as the shipping method. Canada buyers have the Standard Canada shipping method as the only shipping method option. Canada buyers will be charged shipping fees on the purchase of any item.
Puerto Rico buyers DO NOT have the option of FREE SHIPPING when placing an order of $75.00 or more and when selecting Ground as the shipping method. Puerto Rico buyers have the STANDARD Puerto Rico as the only shipping method options. Puerto Rico buyers will be charged shipping fees on the purchase of any item.A NOTE TO CUSTOMERS: If you have placed an order with us and we are out of stock on the item you ordered, you will be refunded & informed of the refund via phone or e-mail. If you have placed an order with multiple items and we are out of stock on some of the items, we will contact you and inform you about the circumstance and let you decide what you want to do regarding your order. Three contact attempts will be made to the customer via e-mail and/or phone if we are out of stock on items on a multiple order. If we do not hear from the customer after three contact attempts, we will ship the items that we do have in stock and refund for the items that we do not have.
