Return Policy – Glamour Beauty Center
We are sorry your order was not satisfactory and we will strive to make your return as easy as possible.
Our return policy is simple: return your order to us within 21 days of delivery and receive a full refund, less shipping costs incurred!* If possible, please use the same box and packaging you received your order in to ensure safe handling and delivery. Safe delivery of your return is your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We highly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information and can confirm delivery.
For returns older than 21 days, actual shipping costs will be deducted and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
If your return is due to company error, we will pay for all expenses associated with your return or exchange. Examples of this are receiving a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered.
To initiate a return, please use the RMA request page. While we are committed to your satisfaction, there are some products we simply cannot accept returns on. These include:
• Hair brushes
• Liquid products like shampoos and keratin treatments
• Hair color that has been opened
• Nail Polish
• Heat resistant gloves
These products are not accepted for sanitary reasons. However, there are exceptions to every rule and if you believe your return is one of them, we encourage you to contact us for more details using the RMA request page.
*Actual incurred shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount, even if you qualified for free shipping.
*Pibbs products are made to order and drop shipped from the manufacturer. If an item is returned, there is always a 25% restocking fee and the shipping fees are not refundable.
* A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returned orders over $200.
* The return must be received within 30 days after the return is approved.
