Q. When will I receive my package?
A. The date that you will receive your package is dependent upon your location and the date that you placed the order.
Q. What are Transit Days?
A. Days that your package is in transit, this is a business day, weekends/hollidays are not considered business days. The day that you place an order is not considered a transit day. The day after your package has been shipped begins to be a transit day.
Q. I have received a defective item, what should I do?
A. If you have received a defective item please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Upon contacting us we will provide you with an RMA # for the return and give you further instructions for returning an item. Once we receive the item we will replace the item and we will pay for shipping fees both ways.
Q. My product no longer works, what should I do?
A. If your item no longer works or stopped working be sure to contact the manufacturer, the manufacturer will aid you if the item has warranty. You can find the manufacturer information in our Return Policy page at the bottom.
Q. I have received the wrong item, what should I do?
A. If you have received a different item be sure to contact us within 7 days of receipt. Upon contacting us we will provide you with an RMA # for the return and give you further instructions for returning an item. We will pay for shipping fees both ways and we will send you the correct item.
